Sadly over the past months I’ve attended quite a few funerals. So I have comparisons.
Coming top are DJ Screen & Sons.
Gavin and the team are utterly professional. Approachable. Compassionate. Nothing is too much trouble. The office is immaculate as are the cars and the team. I would not use anyone else to take care of my loved ones.

Gavin and his team did a wonderful job for the funeral of my mum. Treats you more like family that $$$. Love the fact that walks in front of the hearse when setting off. Pays upmost respect. Would give more than 5* if I could.

Gavin was incredibly supportive, caring and compassionate at a time of great shock and sadness for me. He supported me to navigate what I needed to do and when, especially as I had not had any experience of arranging a funeral. He was very responsive and helpful to all my questions/queries and organised everything. What sticks in my mind most was how respectful and professional he is. I have used Gavin for both my parents funerals and my parents always used DJ Screen previously. Gavin literally held my hand every step of the way, nothing was a problem. He was always available on the end of the phone to help or reassure and is truly one of the kindest humans I have ever met. A truly professional, but very caring service right from the start. Our mum and dad chose screens, they sorted things long before. Gavin was really kind and patient with me and my brothers. He explained what would happen and asked if we had a preference to how things went. He picked us up from mums and I really liked when he walked in front of the car. It looked so respectful. And we felt that he cared for mum and dad. Nothing was too much trouble. Would like to just say a big thank you to him and his team xx
